Returns

How to Initiate a Return

- Share photos of the product (for damaged/defective items).
- Our team will review and approve the return within 24-48 hours.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

- Items purchased during clearance sales
- Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
